my good sized and extremely pleasant room had a lounge area, coffee, and a couch bed. the location was marvellous and brilliant, if you need to be next to historic sites and a basilica. close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to piazza di spagna subway station, was a big plus.

It was centrally located - only a 5-minute walk to a busy and fashionable street. Moreover, it was near to shopping street, the main attractions of Rome, and the Spanish steps, restaurants and shopping.

We had an amazing stay, especially loving the roof terrace which felt like a hidden gem and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful with fluffy scrambled eggs that I can't stop thinking about!

Great location walking distance to all major sites including Vatican city. Located on main street Via Del Corso with lots of shops and pedestrian traffic, easy to find. Clean comfortable decent size room and bathroom. Staff was very helpful and spoke English.
Had some issues with Wifi. Staff was helpful in getting on-line boarding passes for airline.

The breakfast was good and there was free wifi and free internet access provided. Location was fantastic.
The bedroom was small. The smell in the bathroom and the mold & mildew in the shower were appalling, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, we asked to change room and the second room was even smaller. Staff were not very friendly.

We liked the location a lot, in the very centre of Rome, extremely close to all main sights and shops- 5 steps to Via Del Corsa, 20-min on foot to Vatican or Colosseum, 15 min on foot to Termini. Very friendly staff always ready to help. Very tasty breakfast included all possible food for starting a nice day. Very clean and nice rooms.
It was a bit cold in our room, guess there is no heating and the hot water was not hot but warm.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions. The room was verysuper clean and cozy.
The classical music sounds from the nearby music academy could be distracting.
